Your information is collected for the purpose of processing applications for i4B Holdings Ltd’s key worker accommodation scheme, and we will use your personal information and any household members information to help us assess your household’s eligibility for the scheme.

Prior to submitting this application, please ensure you have obtained consent from all household members in this application over the age of 18 years old to submit data on their behalf. Eligibility of applications will be assessed base on the data of all household members. Household members over 18 will be listed on the tenancy agreement.

The information provided will be shared with i4B Holdings Ltd key worker accommodation scheme Partners and Brent Council.
Brent Council, on behalf of i4B Holdings Ltd will use software to carry out credit checks and affordability checks for household members over 18. This will involve verifying information submitted on property ownership.
Brent Council, on behalf of i4B Holdings Ltd, will contact the landlord (if applicable) and the employer (if applicable) of anyone over the age of 18 to carry out referencing checks.

If an application is successful, information will be sent to Brent Housing Management.

We only ask for the information we need. If an application is successful, and the household become i4B Holdings Ltd tenants, information will be retained for the course of the tenancy. The reason for this is that i4B Holdings Ltd will review tenancies on an annual basis to ensure a household member is classified as a key worker. If an application is unsuccessful, data will be held for a period of 18 months. This is so i4B Holdings Ltd has information on applications for potential appeals. After 18 months, data will be deleted and an anonymous case record will then be created. If you wish to withdraw your application, i4B Holdings Ltd will delete all personal data from its system.

Information will be processed in adherence to your legal rights, including but not limited to the, right to copies of your information and right to be forgotten. You have a right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (www.ico.org.uk).
