Welcome to Brent Council’s Customer Portal. In order to access a number of services, for example making a homelessness application, you will need to register and sign up.
You will need to have an email address to do this. If you do not have an email account, you can create one for free by using a number of existing providers. Once you have successfully activated your email address please return and sign up on the Customer Portal.
To register you need to complete the following fields:
- Email: Enter a valid email address.
- Password: Passwords must be at least 8 characters. Passwords must contain characters from at least three of the following four classes: uppercase, lowercase, digit, and Special characters like #,@ etc. For example: S@mple123
